Oklahoma day 4, 5, 6

Emery, Me, Unlce Tim, and Barb.


Thursday I went to lunch with my
friend Mandy. I have known Mandy
since I was 3. She came by and meet
Emery and saw the boys and then we
were off. We had sushi. It was super
good.
Unfortuantely on the trip Jeremy had
to go to the doc. He had a sinus infection.

The kids liked to help Nana clean &
fought over the tiny broom a lot.

Jeremy said they were finally earning
their keep.
Friday night we went to our friend's
Greg & Jen house. We had a lot of fun.
We got to meet Vivenne and Jack the 2
newest kids in the bunch. The kids all
played hard and Jeremy and I enjoyed
chatting with our friends. The Pengiuns
also won the Stanley cup (Ian was very
excited, but our friend Chris was sad).
It was a lot of fun to chat about the "old
days" and just catch up. I forgot to take
pics till the end, but here are a few.

I was changing the kids into their
PJs before we left the party. Emery
thought it was funny to run away from
me and then she started playing with Val.

Saturday we just hung out. Then that
night Jeremy and I went to a small
ceremony for my best friend Amy.
Then we went to her wedding reception.
She married a wonderful guy named
Justin (who I finally got to meet). I forgot
my camera though.

Oklahoma, day 1-3

So we left Friday the 5th for Oklahoma. It was
a very long car ride. Emery hates long drives
and let us know how she was feeling a lot, by
screaming and crying. Friday night we spent
the night in Green river, WY. Which Emery
also did not sleep well. Saturday was the long
day. We spent the night in Russell, KS. Then
Sunday we arrived in Edmond!!

Monday the 8th, we just hang out. The kids

tried out the small swimming pool.

Then my dad, uncle Tim, Jeremy and

me went to Riverwind casino. Of course

my dad won & so did Tim. Jeremy and

I only lost like $24. Not too bad.

Tuesday the 9th we headed off to the zoo

with Papa, Nana, Uncle Tim, Aunt Karen,

Uncle John, cousin Jordan, Aunt Kathy,

Cousin Keri, Cousin Drew, and Cousin Grant.

It was super hot, but lots of fun. Ian says his

favorite animals were the snakes. Then we

were off to Ted's for some of the best mexican

food you can get.
