Ian and the sidewalk
Ian was at a friend's house playing football. He dove for the ball and hit his head on the edge of the sidewalk. He had to get 3 stitches and 8 staples. He was so brave and he did not even cry. There was tons of blood though which scared mom. The first thing he asked the doctor when he was done if he could play football on Wednesday. So very glad he was ok.

Green Tigers Game 3
Emery did so well. We tied the game 3-3. When Emery got into the game is was 3-1. She then proceeded to score a goal and then had a perfect assist, she even had it planned out. She is one tough little girl!

Isaac team lost 0-7. Isaac played 1st quarter as a forward and the 3rd and 4th as goalie. He stopped 50% of the shots at him. He tried really hard. He had never even practiced goalie! Sad to lose, but our team played hard the whole game!
49ers fourth game
I don't have any pictures from this game because Ian and Isaac had games at the same time. Ian's team won 33-0.He had 2 touchdowns and a safety! 4-0 for the season!

Happy 8th Birthday Ian!
Ian turned 8 this week. Wow time has flown. It seems like only yesterday my water broke at 4am and we were shortly on our way to the hospital. Ian was born at 1:03 pm. He had the cord wrapped around his neck several times and was blue, but slightly crying. Now he is 8 and we love him more and more every day!
A few things I want to remember about Ian...
He is in 2nd grade. His teacher's name is Mrs. Murray. His favorite color is green. His favorite subject is math. His favorite sport is football. His favorite team is The Patriots. His favorite food is pizza rolls and brownies. He is in his 3 season of playing flag football. He is super smart. He is reading at a fourth grade reading level. He likes art and to take pictures. He is into anything sports, reading, and nerf guns! He is kindhearted! He recently got digits from 2 different little girls at school. He wants to play in the NFL when he grows up. He still likes to snuggle (I'll be sad the day he doesn't want to anymore). I love he he can explain football plays. His favorite show is Looney Tunes and his favorite movie is Madagascar 3. He got an expander in July. His favorite books to read are Nate the Great!
