The circus

We took the kids to the circus this year. I would have
to say that Ian was the perfect age. The other 2 had
fun, but were kind of restless. We got to see the Lions
and Tigers, the Elephants, the acrobats, etc. It was a
lot of fun!

Having some fun

Since I don't have a job right now the kids are home
more. We decided to go outside since it wasn't raining
(which it has been a lot lately) and play. We enjoyed
bubbles and then rode bikes. Isaac practiced pedaling
and did pretty well.

We went to my friend Jodi's house to play. The kids
had so much fun, especially on the swing set. They
had fun with Ridlee and Jodi's niece Tess. Baby Kadia
slept the entire time, and Jodi and I had a nice time
just chatting and catching up. Emery was very brave
as you can see from the slide pictures, no fear at all.

The kids decided they needed to chase Zeus and
Rascal and squirt them with water guns (since mom
said it was too cold to squirt each other). They had a
blast.
It's been fun hanging out. Hopefully it will warm up so
we can have some more outside fun!

My diet journey

So I decided to do a diet. Since April 17th I have lost 21.8 lbs.
In my neck I lost 1/2 inch
In my right arm I lost 1 1/2 inches
Left arm 1 in.
Upper chest 4 1/2 in.
Chest 4 in
Midriff 4 1/2 in.
Waist 4 3/4 in
Hips 4 3/4 in
Right thigh 1 3/4 in
Knees 1/2 in
Left thigh 1 1/2 in
Calves 1 in.
For a total of 29.25 inches

I am very happy with my diet choice, although at first
I was skeptical. I decided to do the HCG diet. I feel so
much better. I am now entering the mainteance phase
which is very strict so you keep the weight off. Wish me Luck!

Ian many adventures

Ian has had a lot going on the last week. He had his
last soccer game last Wed. He did great. He is such
a natural and he is thinking about playing this fall.

On Saturday May 22nd Ian graduated from Preschool!

Here is Ian with Dani, Ashley, Hollie, and Jen. They
are all his teachers and have been for many years.
They spoil him rotten and even came to some
soccer games.

Ian and his friend Katie.

Ian and his diploma.

We are so proud of him and all his accomplishments.
He is more than ready for Kindergarten.
Today Ian had surgery and had his tonsils and
adenoids out. He is recovering very well and was
so brave!

We went on our annual camping trip with Grandma,
Grandpa, Aunt Jenni, Uncle Kevin and cousin Kodie.
It started out a bit rough with Grandpa having a fuel
leak from his truck, but they were able to fix it and
he got to join us later that evening.
We had a good time hiking and hanging out. Ian did a
project and got a junior rangers badge. It was nice
warm weather the entire time. It was a great campout!
